 Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, Larry will be leading Project Analysts and Administrative Analysts to establish metrics to assess "success." He'll also create, maintain and implement training materials for client training, and coordinate with Tech Development and Core Development to build sturdy and reliable data import best practices, as well as a communication process, test process, and metrics to track accuracy of imports. He'll also provide onsite go-live support, and contribute to the process innovation of the Professional Services organization. He is excited about his future, and offered this comment:
